Muffins: Muffins are just small cakes but made smaller. They are also high in refining flour vegetable oil, eggs, and sugar.and the only healthy ingredient is the eggs. and everything else is unhealthy for you

Fruit juice: Fruit juice is said to be a healthy alternative to soda but that is not the case it is just as bad as soda both are high in sugar both soda and juices can cause weight gain and lead to chronic health conditions soda will hurt your health if you consume even small amounts you dink are in small amounts juice is bad when you consume it in large amounts.

Diagnosis Type 1 diabetes

Type 1 diabetes is typically done with an A1C blood test. which measures the average blood sugar levels for the last 2 to 3 months your doctor can use other blood screening to test for the conditions. A random blood sugar test is a blood sample taken to measure blood sugar values. Regardless if you fast or not blood sugar levels of 200 milligrams per deciliter or higher suggest diabetes. When symptoms like frequent urination and extreme thirst. A fasting blood sugar test can be taken after an overnight fast. After this test, a blood sugar level of 127 or higher on two separate tests shows diabetes.
